Michael Bailey, Chairman & CEO
Michael J. Bailey co-founded the company along with his San Francisco based partners, Gryphon Investors, and members of the senior management team.
Michael has been in the contract foodservice business for over 40-years and has held senior executive roles with both Compass Group and Gardner Merchant.
Hugh F. Totman, Chief Financial Officer
The company’s chief financial officer, Hugh Totman, has industry experience spanning over 30-years in positions he has held in both the UK and the US. His previous roles have included CFO of Gardner Merchant USA and Acquisition Director of Compass Group North America.

James M. Everett, Vice President, Purchasing
Jim Everett has over 25-years of experience in food purchasing. Jim’s career has included purchasing positions with both General Mills and Long John Silver’s, though the majority of his working life has been spent in the contract foodservice business where he has had responsibility for multi-billion dollar annual food purchasing budgets.

Mark A. Fortino, Vice President, Operations Support
Mark A. Fortino joined TrustHouse Services Group in January 2009 as Director of Purchasing. He has over 20 years experience in the foodservice industry, working in restaurant and hotel kitchens, as well as in the contract foodservice business including healthcare and facilities management.
Mark is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and a Certified Executive Chef and a Certified Culinary Administrator.

Dan Kubanet, Vice President, Business Development
Dan Kubanet has over 23 years of experience in the contract food service industry and his career has included positions in operations and sales. He comes to us from Sodexo where he was the Vice President of Business Development for National Accounts since 2001.
